I usually reply within 1–2 business days. The studio is currently run alongside my full-time job, and I keep Sundays offline.

How do I choose the right size?
Check the size guide on the product page before ordering. If you are between two sizes or unsure about the fit you want, send me the product name and your usual size.
When will my order be dispatched?
Pieces are made to order. We aim to prepare and dispatch EU orders within seven working days, unless a different production time is stated on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries around the world. Available methods and the final shipping cost are shown at checkout for your destination.
Can I request a return or exchange?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn and returned in its original condition. Personalised items may not be eligible unless they are faulty.
Where can I suggest a future collection?
Choose “Design or collection suggestion” in the form above. You can also share ideas through Instagram or TikTok. I love knowing which stories readers are still thinking about.
How do gift cards work?
Digital gift cards are delivered by email with a unique code that can be used at checkout. They can be sent directly to the recipient with a personal message and chosen delivery date.
