Where do you ship?
We ship to the destinations available at checkout. The available delivery services, final shipping price and any carrier estimate are shown before payment.
How long will my order take to prepare?
Most physical pieces are prepared after ordering. We aim to dispatch within seven working days unless the product page states otherwise. Personalised products, pre-orders and launches may have a different stated timeframe.
Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available, a link is sent after dispatch. The first carrier scan may take a little time to appear.
Can I return an item?
For an eligible standard item, submit your return request within 14 calendar days after delivery. Return postage for a change of mind or a customer-selected size or colour is paid by the customer. Read the full Returns & Refunds policy before sending anything back.
Can personalised products be returned?
Goods made to individual specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from withdrawal. Your rights for an incorrect or defective personalised product remain unaffected.
What if my order is incorrect, damaged or defective?
Email theneverendingchapter@protonmail.com with your order number, a description and clear photographs. We will provide the remedy required by law.
How do I choose my size?
Use the size chart on the product page and compare the garment measurements with a piece you already own. If you still need help, contact us before ordering.
Where are the pieces made?
Each design is created by Carla near Paris. Orders delivered in Europe are made and prepared in her home studio. Outside Europe, a trusted production partner closer to the destination may produce the design when available.
