The Never Ending Chapter

Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of The Never Ending Chapter website. Product purchases are also governed by the Terms of Sale, which prevail for matters relating specifically to an order.

2. Website operator

The website is operated by Carla Coto, trading as The Never Ending Chapter, an entrepreneur individuel (EI) under the French micro-enterprise regime, registered in the Registre national des entreprises (RNE) under SIREN 939 761 466. Contact: theneverendingchapter@protonmail.com.

3. Access and accounts

Visitors must use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when creating an account, contacting us or placing an order. Account credentials and gift-card codes must be kept confidential. Please notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

Users must not interfere with the website, bypass security measures, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content in breach of applicable law, impersonate another person, use the website for fraud, or infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.

5. Content and availability

We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate and the service available. Temporary interruptions, maintenance, technical errors or changes may occur. Product availability, prices and binding order information are confirmed through the sales process and governed by the Terms of Sale.

6. Intellectual property

The website, branding, designs, photographs, illustrations, embroidery artwork and written content belong to The Never Ending Chapter or are used under licence. No right to reproduce, adapt, distribute or commercially exploit them is granted except where mandatory law permits or prior written permission is given.

7. Third-party services and links

The website relies on Shopify and may display or connect to payment, delivery, review, social-media or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy information may apply when a visitor chooses to use them. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites outside our control, subject to mandatory law.

8. Personal data and cookies

Personal data and cookies are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, users are responsible for losses caused by unlawful use of the website or breach of these terms.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change. The version displayed at the time of use applies to that use; an order remains governed by the sales terms accepted for that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law without depriving consumers abroad of mandatory protections applicable in their country. Competent courts are determined by applicable law.
